In the app, open the Setting Menu and choose Contact Us to submit a support ticket.
Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in the app from Profile > Delete Account. Direct Task will delete or anonymize personal account data unless retention is required for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, safety, payment, dispute, or regulatory reasons.
Reports and Safety
Use the report option in chat to report abuse, fraud, harassment, unsafe conduct, or prohibited content. Direct Task reviews reports and may restrict accounts or remove content that violates platform rules.
